PAs are work/life specialists with the expertise to answer questions about parent and child care, educational programs, prenatal programs, entertainment arrangements, resources for seniors, travel arrangements, and more. Your company's employees can contact their PA by phone, or through a customized, secure Web page.
BalanceWorks includes a free, Web-based, independent educational program. Over 60 self-paced courses for organizational or individual improvement are available on topics ranging from business management to managing stress.
Employees and any dependent member of the employee's household can use this card to get discounted pricing on commonly used prescription drugs that are not covered under an HMO, co-pay prescription plan, or managed care program. The card is accepted at participating pharmacies nationwide.
