HR Online allows employees to enter their own information, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the data collection process. Their responses automatically convert existing EEO data to the latest classifications, and will update all race and ethnicity classifications throughout the system.

See whether an employee should be included in EEO reporting, update their EEO information manually, and track how and when the information was gathered.

Job Title Updates
When you change the EEO classification associated with a job title, you update all existing employees with the same title.

Reports by Date Range
Run EEO reports for specific date ranges, and the appropriate classifications will appear regardless of your employees' current job titles.
* Private companies with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees are required to file an Employer Information Report (EEO-1).
HR Online and your company's data are fully hosted and supported by Paychex, which means your company won't have to purchase additional servers or hire a technical support staff to maintain the system.
Your company's HR data is shared between Paychex payroll and HR Online, allowing faster access to vital information, and reducing time spent re-keying redundant data. For added convenience, your company's existing HR data can be automatically imported to HR Online when your company begins using the service.
