Our EAP helps increase productivity through an early intervention system of free counseling sessions, financial and legal consultation, and other programs that address employees’ day-to-day responsibilities and major life events.
Available via phone or a customized, secure Web page, your employees' PA has the expertise to answer questions about parent and child care, educational programs, prenatal programs, entertainment arrangements, resources for seniors, travel arrangements, and more.
BalanceWorks includes a free, Web-based, independent educational program. Over 60 self-paced courses for organizational or individual improvement are available on topics ranging from business management to managing stress.
Employees and any dependent member of the employee's household can use this card to get discounted pricing on commonly used prescription drugs that are not covered under an HMO, co-pay prescription plan, or managed care program. The card is accepted at participating pharmacies nationwide.

Paychex can help you select an appropriate health insurance plan for your needs. Once your plan is in place, we help simplify ongoing administration by integrating the plan with your Paychex payroll information.
