Group Participation Requirements
Participation requirements vary among carriers and states. General qualifying guidelines for this coverage are as follows:
- Employers with 2 to 9 full-time eligible employees typically require 100% participation.
- Employers with 10 to 49 full-time eligible employees require 75% participation.
