Your highly trained Payroll Representative supports your payroll process and tax services with extensive training in the business and technical aspects of payroll.
Your Safety and Loss Control Representative helps you identify potential hazards in the workplace that may result in employee injury or illness, and works with you to accomplish the following:
- Reduce your exposure to workers' compensation claims.
- Develop and maintain safety programs.
- Minimize potential compliance penalties.
- Conduct activity reviews to determine the extent and effectiveness of your current loss control efforts.
- Create formal loss analyses and reviews to examine past incidents, and help reduce the frequency and severity of future claims.
